Love this place! Nothing like a usual gym - not only is the equipment completely tailored to you and your goals, the staff are really personable, friendly and attentive. I am achieving great results and the progress cards keep me motivated too!
This is great for anybody who is short of spare time but still wants to get results from exercising.
Love this place! I am limited for time so the concept of a workout in 35 minutes really appealed to me. The coaches and machines are excellent and it allows me to achieve a great workout in a short space of time. I also love my free coffee on my way out the gym!
A fantastic non intimidating atmosphere with extremely friendly and helpful coaches! A unique environment with fantastic equipment like no other gym I have ever seen! Always apprehensive to join a gym but this concept is amazing for those new to exercise and put off by conventional gyms. I love it!!
